Nick McNabb
Church Administrator

Hey, there! I serve as the Church Administrator at College Church, leading the day-to-day operations that support the life and ministry of our church. In this role, I coordinate and lead a strong staff team and serve as a bridge between church leadership, staff, and the congregation to help ensure clear communication and effective ministry.

Following God’s call into ministry has shaped my life and career, and I have served in full-time ministry since 2007. I have been part of the College Church family since 2010, first serving as a youth minister before transitioning into the Church Administrator role in 2020. Helping God’s Kingdom grow is not just my work—it’s what I love to do.

Family is central to who I am. My wife, Amanda, is my best friend, and our daughter, Lily, has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. We love spending time together traveling and seeking new adventures, often finding ourselves at a Disney theme park, where we make lasting memories and share a lot of happiness.

College Church is a place where you are truly welcome, and I warmly invite you to make it your home church and join us as we grow in our connection to God and live out our faith together.

Kerri Behel
Children's Minister

Hi! I’m the Children’s Minister at College Church, a role I’ve been blessed to serve in since 2011. I work with children from birth through third grade, and my responsibilities include recruiting dedicated volunteer teachers and leaders, as well as overseeing and maintaining our curriculum.

Outside of ministry, I enjoy playing tennis, running, and coaching cheerleading. I’m also a wife to my amazing husband, Alex, and a mom to three grown children and a wonderful son-in-law. Alex and I both graduated from Harding University in 2000.

Over the years, this position has helped build hundreds of relationships with our incredible volunteers, and I can truly attest to their deep love for our children and their commitment to helping them grow in God’s Word. It brings me great joy each week to minister alongside them—and alongside you, as parents—as we work together to raise children who walk in the way of God.

Trey Reely
Children's Minister
Upper Elementary

I have been teaching Bible classes since 1980 when I was a  freshman at Harding University and have never stopped since! I am a retired band director who enjoys the freedom of doing only the things I love, which includes working as the upper elementary director and coordinator of College Church’s Lads to Leaders program.

My other interests are coaching my grandkids in basketball, teaching music lessons, judging and clinicing bands, conducting the White County Community Band, writing about music and the Bible, training for marathons and Ironman events, coaching quiz bowl at Harding Academy, working as an adjunct professor at Harding and Arkansas State, and taking relaxing trips with my wife Ronda.

Todd Miller
Lead Youth Minister

Nice to meet you, my name is Todd and I'm married to my wonderful wife Marcie. We are blessed to have raised 4 boys with 2 of them married, and one becoming married soon.

I have loved doing Youth Ministry for over 25 years and still feel a passion and calling for it. Partnering with teens and their families in discovering the true depths of their Identity in Christ, and sharing that Good News with others, that's the good stuff. Oh, and I also love worship, the great outdoors, and cheering my boys on in life as a Dad. Ephesians 3:14-21 immediately comes to mind as a prayer for the College Church Youth Group.

Garison Money
Assistant Youth Minister
Junior High

Hey! I am one of the Assistant Youth Ministers here at College Church. More specifically, I focus primarily on the Junior High Ministry (7th–9th grade) portion of our fantastic youth group.

I am really just a big kid at heart anyway, so I love getting to interact with and invest in the lives of our students through games, sports, art, music, and all-around fun. Personally, I enjoy books, movies, mysteries, brain-teasers/riddles, and disc golf. One of my greatest joys is getting to experience the adventure of life with my wonderful wife and two children.

I cherish moments of connection and new depths of understanding with our youth group students. It is so amazing getting to see faces light up when a biblical truth starts to ‘click’ in their minds. I believe fostering those moments is a big part of God’s calling in my life.

Analeigh Thomas
Assistant Youth Minister
Girls, 7-12 Grade

Hello! My name is Analeigh Thomas, and I am the Assistant Female Youth Minister at College Church of Christ. I oversee the 7th-12th grade girls which includes organizing events and lessons that align with the goals I hope every girl will experience during her time here.

For my undergraduate studies, I attended Faulkner University and graduated with a degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Youth and Family Ministry. This is also where I met my husband, Ethan! We got married in May of 2025. In my free time, one of my favorite things to do is hiking. I love stepping away from home and exploring/appreciating the beauty of God’s creation. Another hobby of mine is sitting and watching my favorite TV shows and movies. I could sit for hours and watch episodes or movies I know by heart.
My hope is that every girl who comes through our ministry 1.) Develops a genuine, personal relationship with God. 2.) Experiences a deep sense of unity among our junior high and senior high students. 3.) Forms meaningful, intergenerational relationships with women in our church. 4.) Grows into a confident leader who reflects Christ wherever she goes.

If you are looking for a welcoming and Christ-centered youth group, join us at CCYG! We would love to meet you!!

Grant Fitzugh
College Minister

Hey everyone! My name is Grant, and I am the college minister at College Church. I have had the joy of working with our college students for four years now, and it has been a great blessing to me and my family.

I graduated in Bible from Harding in 2021, then from Harding School of Theology with an MDIV in 2023. My wife, Kayla, and I have been married for five years, and our son Ezra is one (as of writing this in 2025). As a family, we love football, pickleball, and pretty much any other sport. We will gladly take on any challenger who thinks they can beat us in a sport or any board game (we're just a little bit competitive :).

We love getting to invest in college students and train disciple-makers! Some of our favorite memories come from the mission trips we've had with students in Florida and the Hawaiian islands over the past few years. My prayer is that God would continue to mold me, my family, and our college students to know Him, become who He wants us to be, and be used for His glory in bringing many around the world to know Him.

Theo Westbrook
Multimedia and Networking Minister
Communications & Young Adults

Hey! I am the Multimedia and Networking minister at College Church. In other words, I am responsible for our media assets AND the minister of our new Young Adults Ministry!

God's mission is ultimately my primary motivator, but I love seeking out God in other ways in my personal time. Adventuring, woodworking, photography, and cinematography are some of my greatest loves...but are of course second to spending time (and watching k-dramas) with my wife, Rochelle. Scholastically, I graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Ministry, and I am continuing my graduate studies at the Harding School of Theology.

I know how hard the transition into independent adult-life can be (trust me, I'm in my 20's), which is why our Ministry is here to offer a safe 'Upper Room Environment' for us to have community with each other and King Jesus. You are welcome here, and we would love to see you in class and at our events.

Harry Riggs
Seniors Minister

Hello! I am Harry Riggs the Seniors Minister at College Church.  In other words, I work with all the seniors of the congregation (those members over the age of 55 who number about 600).
The Seniors Ministry has a basic two fold purpose:  1) to help seniors meet the special needs and challenges they have in their senior years and, 2) to encourage and help seniors stay involved in the Lord's work.

Ministry is the only career I've ever had, whether preaching in local congregations, teaching Bible in Christian academies, or doing fundraising.  I have enjoyed it all and still want to be busy in the Lord's work.

In my personal time my wife, Cheryl, and I enjoy traveling to see children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and to see God's creation.

Noel Whitlock
Senior Minister for Involvement

My name is Noel Whitlock, and I am grateful to have spent a large part of my life serving the Lord, His church, and my family. I have been married to my wife, Lael, for 40 wonderful years, and together we have shared the joys of faith, family, and ministry. I am a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University, earning a degree in Speech Communications in 1986, which has served me well in ministry and teaching.

I served for 17 years preaching for congregations in Kaufman and Round Rock, Texas. I then spent the next 17 years as the preaching minister at College Church, a season marked by spiritual growth and building meaningful relationships. For the past three years, I have been honored to serve as the Involvement Minister, helping people connect, serve, and grow together in Christ.

Lael and I especially enjoy time with our three grandboys, along with eating out, traveling, and watching movies. I remain thankful each day for the opportunities God provides to serve and encourage others.

Henri Li
Chinese Minister

Hi! My name is Henry Li, and I serve as a minister at College Church of Christ, with a primary focus on Chinese and international ministry. My heart is to help people encounter Jesus through Scripture, meaningful relationships, and cross-cultural community. At College Church, I lead a Chinese fellowship that includes both an in-person small group and an online worship gathering that connects believers and seekers across North America, Asia and Eastern Europe. Teaching the Bible, discipling young believers, and walking alongside people in their faith journeys are central to what I do.

God’s mission to make disciples among all nations deeply motivates my life and ministry. I am especially passionate about equipping and mobilizing Christians to share Christ with Asians around the world, whether locally or overseas. Alongside ministry, I value learning, mentoring young adults, and creating spaces where people can ask honest questions and grow in faith together. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, you are always welcome at College Church, and I would love the chance to connect with you.

Lew Moore
Counseling Ministry Coordinator

Hello, I am Lew Moore and my identified role with the College Church is to coordinate resource access to professional counseling.

This resource has been part of a counseling ministry for over forty years. It is a loving effort to confidentially assist members in their time of crisis and emotional need. College Church is blessed to have several professionally trained counselors who can utilize their gifts in such a special way.

Jordan Guy
Preaching Minister

Hello! I’m the Preaching Minister at College Church. It is my pleasure every Sunday morning to get to share a message from God’s Word that is relevant for your life and mine.

During the week, I teach Bible and Ministry classes to the greatest students in the world at Harding University. My mentors in the faith at Freed-Hardeman University (B.A.), Harding School of Theology (M.A. OT, M.Div.), and Asbury Theological Seminary (Ph.D.) taught me to always have one foot in academic ministry and one foot in church ministry. I am blessed to have a home-making wife of twenty-years, Taylor, who educates our three children—Abby, Ezra, and Iris—full-time. Together, we five Guys enjoy hiking new trails, playing board games, and dabbling in local theatre (them more so than me, but it’s growing on me).

Many people have fallen in love with Jesus, but have not yet found a church to plug in to. My passion in life is to help everyone find their place in the body of Christ. Let College Church be your next stop, your final stop, in finding your purpose, your community, your forever home.

Allison Ham
Office Manager

I’m Allison, and I serve as the Office Manager at College Church. I help keep things running smoothly and love being a small part of supporting the people and ministries that make this church feel like home.  I get to help keep the day-to-day life of the church running smoothly and make sure our staff, members, and visitors are cared for.

When I am not at work, I am usually at Harding University, working toward my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Outside of work and school, my greatest joy is being a mom. I love spending time with my kids, and I especially love traveling with my daughter!

I am grateful to be part of the College Church family, and I count it a blessing to serve a community that is striving to love God and love people well.

It is a joy to serve our members, and I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful staff working and serving Christ together.

Janice Barton
Accounting Manager

I am the accountant for College Church of Christ and feel extremely blessed to have
worked with College Church since September of 2020. I am available to assist with all
financial matters related to the church, including paying bills, recording contributions,
providing budget support, keeping employee records, and preparing financial
statements. Please feel free to reach out if you need help with any aspect of the
church’s finances.

Traveling and seeing the scenic wonders of our great United States has been one of
my favorite activities. My husband, Mark and I have a goal of visiting all fifty state

right here in Searcy.

These last five years working with College Church has been a blessing. Being able to
use my training in a church environment has been a most fulfilling job and ministry.

Trish Price
